At Flower Box, we offer local delivery services to ensure your floral arrangements reach you or your recipient in perfect condition.

 

Please review our local delivery policy below:

1. Delivery Area:
We offer local delivery within a specified radius from our Te Rapa location. Please check our website or contact us to confirm if we deliver to your desired location.

Hamilton city suburbs - $20

Hamilton outer areas (Te Kowhai, Horotiu, Burbush, Ngaruawahia, Gordonton, Puketaha, Horsham Downs, Newstead, Matangi, Tamahere, Rukuhia, Temple View & Whatawhata) - $25

2. Delivery Times:
Local delivery is available M-F 9AM - 4PM. Orders must be placed by 11AM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day. Gift Hampers require 24hrs notice. Unfortunately we are unable to specify an exact drop off time as we rely on our courier schedule.

3. Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees for local delivery vary based on the delivery location and distance from our store. The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout and added to your total order amount.

4. Delivery Process:
Our delivery team will carefully prepare your floral arrangement and ensure that it is safely transported to the delivery location. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified time frame.

5. Delivery Instructions:
During the checkout process, you will have the option to provide any specific delivery instructions, such as preferred delivery times or special delivery notes. Our team will do their best to accommodate your requests but this cannot be guaranteed.

6. Contactless Delivery:
In light of current circumstances, we offer contactless delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery personnel. Your order will be left at the recipient's doorstep.

7. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your delivery online or contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Delivery Issues:
If you encounter any issues with your local delivery, such as delays or damaged products, please contact us immediately at flowerbox.terapa@nw.co.nz. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
